When do items ship?
I ship every Friday. If you order on Saturday your product will ship the next week on Friday. If you need something delivered sooner please reach out directly via the contact form.
How do I track my order?
An email with your tracking information will be sent after items go out on Fridays. You can track your item using that tracking number.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
I now offer shipping insurance on all sterling silver items. You can choose to add insurance at checkout. All other items do not have insurance coverage as an option at checkout.
Do you give refunds or returns?
Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds or returns for items that do not fit where a size was shown, that you no longer want, or was damaged in transit (unless you purchased insurance). If an item you purchased brakes after use please contact me directly to discuss next steps.
Do you ship internationally?
I do not ship internationally at this time. But check back as that may change in the future.
Do you create custom items?
I'm happy to make something custom. Please reach out via the contact page to discuss pricing.
